What's my Wrist Size?

Print a free ruler to get your accurate wrist size.
Another helpful hint is that a dollar bill measures 6 and 1/8 inches. Wrap a bill around your wrist to get a rough estimate.

How do you charge for Engraving?

In general, we price per side and per line. For the first line on one side we charge $5.95. For all follow on lines on that same side we charge $2 (or $1.50 if medical).

Does Sticky Jewelry offer a Guarantee?

All Sticky Jewelry items (except engraved items) carry a 30 day money back satisfaction-guarantee. We can't offer this guarantee on engraved items since we can't resell an engraved product, however we try our best to work with our customers to find a good solution to meet their needs.
Of course, any defect in the product or engraving reported within the first 30 days will be replaced at no charge on both engraved and non-engraved items.

To return an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number. Then, be sure to wrap the item well (to avoid scratching), and ship with insurance for the amount of your original purchase in a padded bag. Please include the packing slip or a sheet of paper with your name, address, email address, and phone number.

General Issues: Even if an item is out of warranty, PLEASE contact us with any issues you experience. We care about you and your experience with Sticky Jewelry. We will try our best to ensure your experience is a positive one.

Can I mail a check?

No checks or cash please, but you can place your order online and mail us a money order with your order number as a reference. Read more here

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Because we are based out of Saint Petersburg, FL we must charge 7% sales tax on all orders shipped within Florida.

Cancelled Orders

In our effort to prevent internet fraud, we may cancel an order that meets certain criteria including non-response from the customer. There are also times or when the price charged may have been in error, in which case we will try to reach you to notify you of the correct price to either charge or refund the difference, or cancel.

What can I engrave?

Though we do have a seasoned staff, we don't like asking our engravers to engrave messages that make them uncomfortable. Please avoid vulgar language and obscene messaging in your order.

When can I get my order?

It depends. The two factors are when we ship and what shipping option you select.
When We Ship:Engraved Orders ship in 3 business days (Monday through Friday). So, if you order on a Monday it will be engraved and shipped by Thursday.  If the order is received on a Friday, it will be engraved and shipped by Wednesday. If you need faster turnaround, we offer expedited service for just $10 additional.
Non-engraved Orders ship the next business day

For International Customers, FedEx Intl service takes 2 to 3 FedEx business days (M-F) following the date that we ship.  Priority Mail International takes between 2 to 3 weeks to Canada and the U.K., and between 3 to 4 weeks for packages going to the South Pacific. What qualifies for Free Shipping?

We provide free First Class Mail shipping on all orders shipped inside the United States that are at least $50, as well as all orders no matter the value that ship to APO and FPO addresses.
