How Long Does It Take to Engrave
and Ship My Order? The normal processing time for engraved orders is
3 business days (business
days are Monday
through Friday). So, if your order is received on a Monday, for
example, it will be engraved and shipped by Thursday. If
the order is received on a Friday, it will be engraved and shipped by Wednesday of the following week. If you need faster turnaround, we offer expedited service for just $10 additional. Click on

How Long From the Time My Order
Ships Until It Arrives at my Door?
That depends on the shipping method selected.
First Class Mail takes 5 to 7 business days beginning with the day following
shipment, but no date-certain guarantee is provided. For
service guarantees, we recommend FedEx. If you're an international
customer, FedEx Intl service takes 2 to 3 FedEx business days (M-F)
following the date that we ship. Priority Mail International takes
between 2 to 3 weeks to Canada and the U.K., and between 3 to 4 weeks for
packages going to the South Pacific.

MAIL ORDERS - We do accept
online orders that will be paid by money order. To learn more, click on

TAX - Sales tax of 7% will be
charged on all orders shipped to Florida.
RETURNS - All Sticky Jewelry
items (except for personalized and clearance items) carry a 30 day money
back guarantee.
To return non-engraved items during the warranty period, please call or
email us to advise that a return is coming and obtain a Return Authorization
number. Then, be sure to wrap the item well (to avoid scratching) and ship
it by first class mail (insured for the amount of your original purchase) in
a padded bag to the address shown above. Return shipping expense is the
responsibility of the customer.
Please include the packing slip or a sheet of paper with your name, address,
email address, and phone number. Once we determine that the item is still in
new condition, we will issue a credit to the card you originally used for
your purchase. Note: Shipping charges are not credited with your return.

United Kingdom - We offer
FedEx International or Priority Mail International flat rate shipping to the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
The flat-rate cost of shipping by FedEx International
is just US$25.95. The flat rate cost of shipping by Priority
Mail International is $25.95.
With FedEx Int'l, delivery occurs within 2 business days
(Mon thru Fri) following the date we ship, full online tracking is provided
from door to door, and your package is insured. The VAT is calculated
as a percentage of the total purchase amount (including shipping), plus the FedEx
administrative service charge of 2.5% of VAT with a minimum of 6.8 GBP.
Taxes and FedEx administrative charges are the customer's responsibility,
however there is no charge if the total purchase including shipping is under
18 GBP.
With Priority Mail International, the package is brokered into the U.K. by
the British Postal Service, so there are no FedEx service charges added to
the shipment, but it can take from two to three weeks for delivery.

Taxes and FedEx administrative charges are the customer's responsibility,
however there is no charge if the total purchase including shipping is under
22 Euros.
Canada - During checkout, select either FedEx Int'l (Canada)
or Priority Mail International. The cost is US$18.95 via FedEx
Int'l which arrives within 1 to 2 (M-F) days following the date we ship, or
US$21.95 for Priority Mail International which arrives approx. seven to ten
days following the date we ship. Plus, you will be responsible for the
