What Does It Cost for Engraving?  - Our standard engraving charge is $5.95 for monograms, $5.95 for the first line of a multi-line inscription, and $2 per additional line (medical bracelets with pre-engraved medical insignia are just $1 per additional line).

Does Sticky Jewelry offer a Guarantee? - All Sticky Jewelry items (except personalized items) carry a 30 day money back guarantee. Personalized items will be replaced if an error was made in engraving.

How Long Does It Take to Engrave and Ship My Order?
The normal processing time for orders is 3 business days (business days are Monday through Friday).  So, if your order is received on a Monday, for example, it will be engraved and shipped by Thursday.  If the order is received on a Friday, it will be engraved and shipped by Wednesday of the following week. If you need faster turnaround, we offer expedited service for just $10 additional.

How Long From the Time My Order Ships Until It Arrives at my Door?
 That depends on the shipping method selected.  First Class Mail takes 5 to 7 business days beginning with the day following shipment, but no date-certain guarantee is provided.  For service guarantees, we recommend FedEx.  If you're an international customer, FedEx Intl service takes 2 to 3 FedEx business days (M-F) following the date that we ship.
Which Shipping Methods Offer a Service Guarantee?
  • Packages shipped via FedEx 3 Day Service will arrive by 7pm on the 3rd FedEx business day (Monday through Friday) following the date of shipment.
  • Packages shipped via FedEx 2 Day Service will arrive by 4pm on the 2nd FedEx business day (Monday through Friday) following the date of shipment.
  • Packages shipped via FedEx Overnight will arrive by 3pm on the next FedEx business day (Monday through Friday) following the date of shipment.
  • Packages shipped via FedEx International arrive within 2 to 3 business days following the date of shipment.

What's the FASTEST Possible Way To Get My Order?
Sticky Jewelry offers Expedited Processing Service for orders of two items or less being shipped within the continental United States.  This service guarantees that your order will be engraved and shipped on the NEXT FEDEX BUSINESS DAY (Monday through Friday) following the date you place your order.  The expedited processing service is combined with your choice of FedEx 2nd Day Express shipping OR FedEx Standard Overnight shipping to insure the fastest delivery possible.  Click Expedited Processing Option to learn more.

 
MAIL ORDERS - We do accept online orders that will be paid by money order. To learn more, click on Paying by Money Order

TAX - Sales tax of 7% will be charged on all orders shipped to Florida.

RETURNS - All Sticky Jewelry items (except for personalized and clearance items) carry a 30 day money back guarantee.

To return non-engraved items during the warranty period, please call or email us to advise that a return is coming and obtain a Return Authorization number. Then, be sure to wrap the item well (to avoid scratching) and ship it by first class mail (insured for the amount of your original purchase) in a padded bag to the address shown above. Return shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer.

Please include the packing slip or a sheet of paper with your name, address, email address, and phone number. Once we determine that the item is still in new condition, we will issue a credit to the card you originally used for your purchase. Note: Shipping charges are not credited with your return.

REJECTED ORDERS - Sticky Jewelry may reject any order that it considers fraudulent, or where the price that was charged is in error. Sticky Jewelry also reserves the right to reject an order if there is insufficient stock available to fill the order, or if the inscription requested is considered objectionable by Sticky Jewelry standards.

 
International Shipments (flat rate pricing)

United Kingdom  -  We offer FedEx International flat rate shipping to the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.  The flat-rate cost of shipping by FedEx International is just US$20.95.

With FedEx Int'l, delivery occurs within 2 business days (Mon thru Fri) following the date we ship, full online tracking is provided from door to door, and your package is insured.  The VAT is calculated as 17.5% of the total purchase amount (including shipping), plus the FedEx administrative service charge of 2.5% of VAT with a minimum of 6.8GPB.  Taxes and FedEx administrative charges are the customer's responsibility, however there is no charge if the total purchase including shipping is under 18 GBP.

Elsewhere in Europe - FedEx Int'l Service is available for just $20.95 to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montserrat, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City.

With FedEx Int'l, delivery occurs within 2 business days (Mon thru Fri) following the date we ship, full online tracking is provided from door to door, and your package is insured.  The tax is calculated on your total purchase amount (including shipping), plus a FedEx administrative service charge of 2.5% (with a minimum of 10 Euros).  Taxes and FedEx administrative charges are the customer's responsibility, however there is no charge if the total purchase including shipping is under 22 Euros. 


Canada - During checkout, select either FedEx Int'l (Canada) or Priority Mail International (Canada). The cost is US$18.95 via FedEx Int'l which arrives within 1 to 2 (M-F) days following the date we ship, or US$11.95 for Priority Mail International (Canada) which arrives approx. 7 to 10 (M-Sat) days following the date we ship.  Plus, you will be responsible for the payment of any VAT assessed by Canadian customs along the FedEx administrative service charge if FedEx was selected. 


Asia / S. Pacific / Caribbean - Select FedEx Intl ($20.95) for shipments to Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Jamaica, Japan,  Martinique, Mexico, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and The Grenadines, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, British Virgin Islands, and the US Virgin Islands.  The flat-rate charge is $20.95. 

With FedEx Int'l, delivery occurs within 2 to 3 FedEx business days (M-F) following the date we ship, your package is insured, and FedEx provides customs brokerage service for an additional charge.  Full online tracking is provided from door to door.  Any Taxes or Duty assessed by customs in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.


S. Africa - Select Priority Mail International (S. Africa) for shipments to South Africa.  The flat rate charge is $14.95 per order.  Delivery takes approximately 10 to 14 days.  Any Taxes or Duty assessed by customs in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

South America - Select FedEx Intl ($20.95) for shipments to Brazil and Argentina.  However, there is an $11 surcharge for shipments to South American countries, so your total cost of FedEx shipping will be $31.95. With FedEx International, delivery occurs within 2 to 3 FedEx business days (Monday thru Friday) following the date we ship, your package is insured, FedEx provides customs brokerage services at no additional charge, and full online tracking is provided from door to door.  Any Taxes or Duty assessed by customs in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Middle East - Select FedEx Intl ($20.95) for shipments to Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, or UAE (United Arab Emirates). There is a $6 surcharge for shipments to the Middle East, so your total cost of shipping via FedEx will be $26.95. With FedEx International, delivery occurs within 2 to 3 FedEx business days (Monday thru Friday) following the date we ship, your package is insured, FedEx provides customs brokerage services at no additional charge, and full online tracking is provided from door to door.  Any Taxes or Duty assessed by customs in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
