 Portrait versus Landscape
Engraving
We offer a choice
of Portrait Engraving or Landscape Engraving for many of our rectangular
shaped items -- typically pendants and keychains. Portrait orientation allows more lines of engraving than
landscape, but a smaller number of characters per line. Landscape
orientation offers fewer lines than portrait, but more characters per line.
You can
select either portrait or landscape orientation, but you must choose only
one orientation on each side of the item being engraved. In the
examples below, the keychain on the left was engraved in landscape.
The example on the right was engraved in portrait. |
