Custom Assembled Medical ID Bracelet

Choose a bracelet and any one of the medical tags and plaques found on this page and create your own medical alert bracelet.  Be sure to account for the sum total of both the chain and plaque when determining the length needed for your medical bracelet.  We recommend that you design your medical bracelet to be 3/4 to 1 1/4 inches longer than your wrist size.  For example: if your wrist measurement is 7 1/2 inches you could purchase a two inch plaque (eg. CR1874) with a 6 1/2 inch bracelet to properly fit your wrist.  Any combination will work so long as the total length of the medical id plaque and bracelet (leather, bead, or chain link) is approximately equal to 8 1/2 inches.  We also have a make your own bracelet page for those who are looking for stylish personalized jewelry.
