StickyJ Medical ID Jewelry is a provider of Ohio Comfort Care DNR bracelets and pendants. These identifiers both display the Ohio Comfort Care logo on the front along with the words DNRCC or DNRCC-ARREST depending on which type of DNR order was submitted. You may order just a bracelet, just a pendant, or both.

• In the back engraving section, please be sure the patient’s first and last name is entered on the first line.  There is room to add an emergency contact person and their phone number if desired.  Physician name and phone number is no longer required on an Ohio DNR bracelet or pendant.
