In Nebraska it's required that the resident has a copy of their Do Not Resuscitate order with them at all times when out in the community, but to insure that EMS complies with your DNR order, it's important to direct them to where your completed DNR form is on your person. When ordering, be sure to specify whether you want the bracelet to reference wallet or purse, and be sure to always carry this document wherever you go.
