When Will I Get My Order?
Engraved Orders -- We ship engraved orders within 3 (M-F) business days, so if you order on a Monday, it will be engraved and shipped by Thursday that same week. If the order is received on a Friday, it will be engraved and shipped by Wednesday the following week. If you need a faster turnaround, we offer expedited shipping. Expedited Shipping means your order will be engraved and shipped the next business day by UPS Overnight, so an order placed on Monday, for example, would be delivered to you on Wednesday, but an order placed on Friday would not arrive until the following Tuesday.
Non-Engraved Orders -- Ship the next (M-F) business day.
Domestic Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: Arrives in about 8 to 10 M-F business days.
Priority Mail: Arrives in about 5 to 6 M-F business days.
UPS 2nd Day: Arrives in 5 M-F business days.
UPS Ground: Arrives in about 6 to 7 business days.
UPS Overnight: Arrives in 4 M-F business days.
International Shipping Options
Canada – UPS International arrives in about 7 business days. UPS Mail Innovations arrives in about 13 business days.
UK and Elsewhere in Europe – UPS International arrives in about 7 business days.
Customs and Duty may be charged on shipments valued above a certain dollar amount (which varies by country). The carrier delivering your order will advise you of what amount you will need to pay.
What Do You Charge For Engraving
We charge $7.95 per side of custom text engraving. In some cases, the engraving cost will be included in the price of the item.
Can I Mail You A Check?
No checks or cash please, but you can place your order online and mail us a money order with your order number as a reference. For those who choose not to use a credit card when ordering, we offer Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay options. If you still prefer to mail us your payment, please select Money Order as your payment method, then send us a certified check or money order for the full amount of your purchase (note: personal checks are only accepted for Do Not Resuscitate bracelet orders). When sending your payment, please include your name, address, and phone number, and the order number that appears on your order confirmation email. Your money order should be made payable to Sticky Jewelry, Inc. Unlike other payment methods, orders paid via money order aren’t processed until your payment is received. Are Medical ID bracelets covered by FSA or HSA accounts?
Yes, medical alert bracelets are eligible for both HSA and FSA account reimbursement! We accept both HSA and FSA debit cards at checkout.
Do I Have To Pay Sales Tax?
We charge sales tax on orders being shipped to Florida and Wisconsin.
Why was My Order Cancelled?
In our effort to prevent internet fraud, we may cancel an order that fails to meet certain criteria, especially if we aren’t able to contact the customer who placed the order. There are also times when the price charged may have been in error, in which case we will try to reach you to notify you of the price change and ask how you’d like to proceed.
Do You Offer A Guarantee?
All StickyJ Medical ID items (except engraved items) carry a 90-day money back satisfaction guarantee. We can't offer this guarantee on engraved items since we can't resell an engraved product, however we always try our best to work with customers to find a good solution to meet their needs. Of course, any defect in the product or engraving error reported within the first 90 days will be replaced at no charge on both engraved and non-engraved items.
To return an item, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number, then be sure to wrap the item well (to avoid scratching) and ship with insurance for the amount of your original purchase in a padded bag. Please include the packing slip or a sheet of paper with your name, address and phone number on it.
Even if an item is out of warranty, PLEASE contact us with any issues you experience. We care about you and your experience with StickyJ Medical ID. We will try our best to ensure your experience is a positive one.
Can I see the Price of StickyJ items in my home Currency?
Yes, at the top pf the home page there is a Select Currency selector. US$ is the default (USD), but you can also choose Australian Dollars (AUD), British Pounds, or Canadian Dollars (CDN). The actual sales transaction is executed in U.S. dollars, but if you select a different currency, every item will be priced on the website in the currency selected (using the most current exchange rate), which may not be the same exchange rate applied by your bank when the transaction is posted to your credit card.
