With an Oklahoma Do Not Resuscitate ID bracelet from StickyJ Medical ID, you can have added assurance that EMS will know that you have a DNR order, and that they'll know where to find it.
The metal bracelet displays the internationally recognized emergency medical symbol on the front along with the location of your DNR order. There are several lines of additional engraving available on the back of the bracelet for your name and an emergency contact phone number. Please note: The bracelet alone is not legally binding on Emergency Medical personnel to withhold resuscitation. If you suffer a cardiac event, you must have a Do Not Resuscitate Order with you that can be found by Emergency Medical Personnel. Do Not Resuscitate Orders can only be issued by a medical professional. Some agencies approved by your state’s Department of Health may offer a Do Not Resuscitate bracelet option as well.
